Telegraph Canyon will be playing at the House of Blues in Dallas on November 29th in support of Black Tie Dynasty's "Down Like Anyone" CD Release. Dallas band Ishi will also join us along with Fort Worth's The Burning Hotels. The show starts at 8:00 and TC goes on at 9:00. Tickets are only $10 in advance and $12 at the door. November 14th Telegraph Canyon will be playing the Lone Star International Film Festival at Longhorn Saloon in the Fort Worth Stockyards with Rivercrest Yacht Club & The Lifters. 21 and up, $8 cover. Doors at 9pm.
Thank you to everyone who came out to the Low Red Land, Doug Burr, TC show at The Chat Room last Thursday. Low Red Land played an amazing show and Doug Burr delivered as always. You stayed late and made it one of those beautiful nights of friends and music in Fort Worth. We do this, just for that. It was good to be home.

Texas Ballet Theater Benefit
Telegraph Canyon will be playing a benefit show to raise money for the Texas Ballet Theater on Friday September 19 at Embargo in Fort Worth. Some of you may have heard that the TBT is in desperate need of raising money to keep their doors open. After 47 years of bringing ballet to the DFW area, the non-profit organization needs your help. Dancers have been asking for money on the street, organizing garage sales and doing anything else they can to make up the $2 million shortfall. All you have to do to help is come to the show and enjoy your evening. Tickets are $15 for the show or you can purchase a $25 ticket and receive dinner and the show. Along with Telegraph Canyon, February Chorus and Sam Anderson will be playing as well.

quiet assurance instead
Telegraph Canyon has been enjoying a little time off here and there as well as working on the songs for our next record. We’re glad to tell you that Will Johnson from Centro-Matic along with Britton Beisenherz from Monahans have agreed to help us produce this new album at Ramble Creek Studio in Austin that's slated for release in early ’09. We’re big fans of both of these guys and couldn’t be happier to have them team up with us to put this record together. We’ll start leaking some of the new songs sooner than we really should so keep an eye on this page or sign the mailing list to the left and we will keep you posted.
Thanks for coming to the Lola’s and Hailey’s shows in Fort Worth and Denton last week that we did with Doug Burr and Monahans. We had a great time and you all made it what it was.
